First time at 603. Definitely a beer hall vibe with sime long tables and a few four tops plus a great view to the brewing area. A good number of tvs showing various games. Was pretty loud but that added to the atmosphere. Place was very busy for a random Thursday night...clearly popular.
I tried the beer hall bock. 👍 and my wife tried a couple different seltzer. Also👍
We had a couple burgers (603 and General) and of course the pretzel. The pretzel was really good with typical beer cheese and mustard. The burgers were smash burgers and also very good...loved the bacon jam on the 603.
I should also note the process of ordering at the counter for beers and food with food then being delivered to your table number. Counter staff was awesome and food delivery was super fast...
Absolutely loved this place! Actually loved it so much that ended up canceling our plans and coming back to this place 2x!! 1st time we accidentally walked in after our visit to orangetheory next door and were really impressed. The place is so spacious and has variety of sitting arrangements from at the bar seating to outside patio style. They have so many beers that it might knock you off! However have no fear for the people working there will come to your rescue. They are super friendly and very courteous! The food they serve mmmm so so good! I was visiting from Texas and definitely will be back everytime I'm in town. Oh they also have wine!
We stopped in on a Sunday late afternoon. We thought it was nicely done. We were happy with the pulled pork sammy and the 603 burger. We already knew the beers were good.
The beer here was good but I found the service to be what really stood out. The bartender went above and beyond in helping me pick out a flight and helping me find a seat.
The brewery's building itself has a nice patio area and a large interior but the location lacks some character since it's all just a new cookie cutter shopping area.
Very hearty food and great drinks! The pizza tasted amazing, but the burger really blew me away. It was breezy when we got there, but the food kept me warm. Will definitely be coming back next time I'm passing through!

Beers are good, food is also good, but I thought proportion is small.
This place is awesome! The layout is fantastic with all the indoor/outdoor seating. There are a few different bars set up, including one outside on the patio which is great. Service was awesome. Great beer but the food we ordered was so-so. We ordered the buffalo chicken dip and hummus plate. The hummus was very good, but the buffalo chicken dip was so thick it was impossible to dip anything in it other than carrots. It tasted good though, just not really a dip. I'm looking forward to trying more beer and food from here and will definitely be back often.
